  • The AOC Q2963PM brings ultra-wide display capabilities to your desktop at an affordable price. It offers a wealth of video ports and reasonably good performance but its vertical viewing angle performance needs work.

  • Brightness consistency was very good, with the bottom right side corner being the only area of much difference, the worst part being 6.2% dimmer at 100% Brightness and at 50% Brightness there was only one area at 3.5% dimmer. Colour uniformity was good, if not great, with the bottom left and middle areas showing variation up to 4.5 Delta- E, the bottom right being 3.0 and everywhere else at under 2.5 at 100% Brightness. With the Brightness at 67% this improved to the bottom left at 2.4 Delta-E and everywhere else under 2.0.

  • The biggest "problem" if you want to call it that with the AOC Q2963PM is the price. For $500, you can get two smaller displays and put them side by side. Sure, it isn't one, ultra-wide display, but it will probably cost you less than $500. For example, if you just use the 16:9 with a 1080p input, you end up with an image that is 23.75" diagonal. Right now, AOC's own 24" e2460Sd will run you less than $150 on Amazon (the MSRP is $190). Two will cost you less than the price of the Q2963PM and you'll have much more screen space.

  • The AOC i2367fh is an attractive 23-inch IPS monitor offering rich, accurate colors and solid grayscale performance. It doesn?t come with a lot of features but it?s still a great deal for the money.

  • The AOC e2351F is an attractive 23-inch monitor with an affordable price tag. Input connections are limited on this barebones monitor and the touch-sensitive buttons are annoying, but you get a sharp picture with relatively good off angle viewing performance, and it doesn't use much power.

  • Powering a 22in Full HD monitor entirely over USB is an impressive technical achievement, but it isn't very practical. The E2251FWU weighs and costs just as much as more impressive IPS desktop monitors, but its TN panel and low response time means its performance cannot compete. The E2251FWU will find a niche audience with those who need to carry around a large panel, but for the majority who are more likely to permanently moor it beside a desktop or laptop a more conventional display makes more sense.

  • If you need an ultra-lightweight LCD display to lug around with you then this is the monitor for you. You won't find lighter or more portable with just one wire connection and no need to find a power supply. That though is the E2251F's niche, because everything else just isn't flexible or good enough for general consumer use.

  • The AOC e2251Fwu adds a USB-powered 22-inch, 1080p display to your desktop, but it's not very portable.

  • The problem with the AOC mySTage e2343Fi monitor isn't so much the fact that the screen is poor, or that the speakers in the base are lacklustre. Neither is it that the finish and build quality feel cheap, that the price is high, or that the iPod/iPhone dock doesn't do what you hope. No, the problem is all of these at once.
The panel itself, at 1,920x1,080 pixels, might have impressed us five years ago, but it's not good enough today.
