Apple has only a single product line in the mobile phone segment - the iPhone series. iPhones from apple are popular because of their usability and user-friendliness.

These phones could be deemed overpriced to an extent. But due to the intuitiveness of the iOS, the innovative and sleek design, and a set of carefully selected features, Apple has been able to pull in more than 50% of the total profit that global cell phone sales generate.

Apple iOS is designed for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. iOS is known of its intuitive and user friendly interface. It supports multi-touch gestures and responds immediately to user input. Apple App Store (iOS) has more than 500,000 approved applications, which is more than that of any other mobile OS. Some of the key features are: 1. Multitasking 2. Well-organized directory structure 3. Stable and reliable OS 4. High Performance (takes full advantage of the hardware) 5. Unified inbox 6. Integrated dictionary

The ease with settings can be configured, applications can be installed etc is commendable. The multi-touch based gesture recognition is a bonus point. So if you are looking for a good quality and easy-to-use phone with loads of features and don't mind if it's a bit too pricy, then Apple is where to go.

Other key facts:

  • In the U.S., AT&T and Verizon are the only authorized carriers for iPhone.
  • The latest offering from Apple is iCloud, a cloud based data storage and music, bookmarks etc syncing service which will be made available to all iPhones supporting iOS5.

  • The iPhone SE is a great smartphone that brings plenty of power in a small package. It's designed to appeal to those who aren't fussed by today's typically large flagship phones. If you are upgrading from the iPhone 5S or iPhone 5 and don't want a larger phone then the SE is a no-brainer. It's faster in every aspect and delivers a phone that will feel familiar but deliver the goods at today's current top-spec level.

  • iPhone 5. or. iPhone 7. The iPhone SE certainly isn’t a ground-breaker, but it is a solid attempt at building a 4-inch smartphone that doesn’t compromise on features (and after all, who really, really needs 3D Touch?). It is a little puzzling why Apple didn’t do just a little more work on the design to give it a further point of difference for people who already have an 5S, but perhaps it tried to do a new version of the iPhone 5C and decided that bright coloured cases didn’t work for Nokia/Microsoft, so why bother?.

  • While the rest of us wait for the iPhone 7 later this year, the iPhone SE is a great choice for small phone fans looking for an 'iPhone 6S Mini.'

  • Just like the original, the iPhone 6S Plus is the big-scale Apple phone for the kind of user who uses two hands and isn't bothered about the weight or space needed to fit one into their pocket. Although most S upgrades bring minor tweaks, the iPhone 6S Plus sees notable advantages from 3D Touch. Whether that's to write on that large screen, or by hard-pressing to interact with iOS 9 in a slicker and quicker fashion than before, it's the S model to buck the annual trend.

  • - Everything great about the iPhone is even greater here, because big screens rule.

  • The iPhone 6S is full of genuinely new and useful features, including the excellent 3D Touch, the powerful A9 chip and a greatly improved camera. Combined with the excellent iOS 9 operating system, the combination adds up to the best high-end smartphone that you can buy if you're already sold on iOS. Anyone running an iPhone 5S or older should upgrade to this phone (or its smaller sibling, the iPhone 6S); if you’ve got an iPhone 6 or 6 Plus, however, the reasons to upgrade aren’t quite as compelling, and you might want to wait until the iPhone 7 is released.

  • It's not every day that such a complete and coherent smartphone comes to market. Perhaps more thoroughly than any other time, though, this year's iPhone 6s has become the center of so much technological advancement, that it's able to gain a surprising amount of lead against its counterparts. That is not to say the Apple iPhone 6s is necessarily the best in each and every department; rather, it means there doesn't seem to be an area where it comes off as incompetent.

  • The Apple iPhone 6s is faster than last year's model all around, including better AT&T LTE speeds.

  • Rating Unavailable

The iPhone 6s is of excellent build, made out of a much sturdier aluminum alloy. The extra weight can be felt, but it's certainly not a deal breaker.
The display on the iPhone 6s is pretty much the same affair we got in the original 6th model. It offers slightly lower brightness, but deeper blacks and the same great contrast. The sunlight legibility is great as well.
Battery life is above average at 62 hours and matches that of the iPhone 6. The iPhone 6S posted well balanced scores across all tests, including standby.

  • The race to the top is always a competitive one, where companies are constantly reinventing their phones in order to keep up the pace. Apple, naturally, doesn’t believe in the specs war – where successive phones employ the beefiest of hardware to earn the acclaim of being the biggest and baddest thing on the block. Oh no, that’s not like Apple at all! Rather, they focus on producing a smartphone that’s not about the specs, but mostly on the performance in how it complements our life.To that end, the iPhone 6 stands true to Apple’s philosophy of simplicity and ease.

  • The Apple iPhone 6 is the right sized iPhone for right now, and it includes a bunch of AT&T technologies which will improve calls and data over the next year.

  • Apple has leapt forward with the iPhone 6 - one of the best phones it's ever created.

  • - Thankfully our callers have an easy time on their end making us out.
    - Don’t get us wrong, it’s a fantastic phone that earns high marks in a variety of categories – its design being the most notable, one that’s a cut above other phablets.
    - It’s decent for phone calls, especially using the earpiece in noisy settings, but its speakerphone is a little subdued.
    - Its battery life is longer than the iPhone 6, but it’s underwhelming when pitted against some other notable flagship phones.

  • The iPhone 6 Plus is a extremely large iPhone, if you're into that sort of thing. It's an excellent device, but the right-sized iPhone 6 makes more sense for more people.

  • The iPhone 6 Plus is the best looking phablet around. Its specs don't match the Android power houses and it can be tricky to hold, but there's no denying Apple's beautiful (yet expensive) 5.5 incher is a winner.
