  • The Canon Pixma MG7120 BK Wireless Inkjet Photo All-In-One Printer offers high-quality photo printing and features suitable for typical home use.

  • The Canon Pixma MG7120 has gorgeous output quality and design. For a printer at this price point, however, we expected inks to be a little cheaper than they are.

  • The Canon Pixma MG5520 Wireless Photo All-in-One Printer has a rather sparse feature set, but offers good photo and text quality at a reasonable price.

  • The Canon Pixma MG5220 provides a generous serving of speed, high image quality, and features for a reasonable price.

  • The Canon Pixma MG5220 is a good printer with an interesting mix of standard and unique features allowing the customer to do more at a low initial cost. For $149.99, the Pixma MG5220 offers quality text and photo prints quickly, low energy consumption, auto duplexing, a front side USB port, two-way paper feeding, good software (with Memory Card Import and Full HD Movie Print) and an easy to use control panel.

  • We liked the looks and touch controls of the Canon Pixma MG6350, and were impressed with the print/scan speeds and quality - although not by the bundled software, which we'd recommend you avoid where possible for better third-party photo editors, such as Adobe Photoshop Elements or Apple's iPhoto. A big standout of this multifunction device is CD/DVD/Blu-ray disc printing, which despite being a bit confusing at first (blame that Canon software) is great once you've worked it out.

  • The Canon MG6350 undoubtebly possesses some great usability and style features, but Canon really needs to sort out the cartridge management on its range of latest generation photo all-in-one printers. Having to wait half a minute or more before printing starts just isn't acceptable.

  • Running costs are similar to the Epson at 2.8p for mono and 9p for colour pages, and there are plenty of other parallels between the two. They're both photo specialists with their own strengths, but the Canon's excellent text output makes it a real all-rounder.

  • The Canon PIXMA MG7150 is a good all-round all-in-one for home and particularly photo-enthusiast use. Its neat design and clever control panel are supported by good wireless provision, making it well-suited to customers who need to print from a variety of different devices.

  • The Canon Pixma PRO-100 may be at the low end of near-dedicated photo printers geared to photo enthusiasts, but it still produces photos worthy of hanging in a gallery.

  • Overall, the Canon PIXMA Pro-100 is a versatile printer that is more than capable of meeting the needs of the casual amateur or the avid professional. The greatest strength of this printer is the print quality. When printing on the highest quality settings, the print quality is truly remarkable. The colors are brilliant, the pictures have good depth, and the images are crisp and clean. The print speed is not remarkable, but superior print quality more than makes up for the average print speed.

  • Although Canon's Pixma Pro-1 still offers the ultimate in A3+ (13 x 19 inches) print quality, we've been impressed at how close the Canon Pixma Pro-100 comes to matching the performance of its considerably pricier sibling.

Despite being around 30% lighter than the Canon Pixma Pro-1, build quality is superb. And though the Canon Pixma Pro-100 is no featherweight, we'd sooner trade portability for robustness.
