LG is the second largest South-Korean consumer electronics conglomerate, just behind Samsung. Incidentally LG is also the second largest television manufacturer in the world, right behind Samsung.
The best LG flat panel tvs of 2013 are some of the budget (sub-$500) LCD flat panel tvs around the 24 inch to 32 inch screen size range. LG also makes some of the better Plasma HDTVs though Panasonic has by far the best Plasma TV in the market.
