With the best touch screen notebooks users can avail the ease and portability of a tablet computer while also benefiting from the performance of a notebook.

Windows 7 was by far the best operating system available for this sort of flexibility as it supports normal keyboard mode as well as the touch screen. These products however, have not made it to the forefront, on account of lack of OS support and inadequate hardware.
