Samsung competes with some of the best 40" televisions in the market with Full HD, LED backlit LCD or traditional LCD panels. The LED range are the much recommended models featuring cutting-edge technology like 3D and Smart connectivity. These TVs let you watch 3D in Full HD resolution and surf the internet like never before. Moreover, Samsung's LED HDTVs have a high Clear Motion Rate (CMR) which is an aggregate of the telly's refresh rate, processor speed and LCD response time. This basically means you can now watch action packed scenes like bike races and stuff with complete clarity and no motion blur.
Samsung's LCD models on the other hand are the lower range ones and do not come with such a gamut of features. They also have a lower CMR so fast paced scenes might appear slightly blurred.
