Not terrible, but 1920x1080 doesn't cut it at 27 inches or more
1920x1080 spread across a 27 inches diagonal display is about 82 pixels per square inch. This is pretty dismal compared to the 400+ pixels per inch that the human eye can resolve at 12 inches. For a 27" computer screen, I recommend you shop for a monitor with at least a resolution of 2560x1440, many of which are widely available. That will get you 109 pixels per inch, which will look a whole lot better than 82 will.
