TV is good, remote sucks
A few weeks after having received the TV, the remote would only change the channel to channel 7 no matter which button I pressed. I bought a universal remote to replace it but am now unable to change the HDMI source on the TV. Can anyone recommend a universal remote that wii work with all of the TV functions on this model?
Affordable, DVD player
The Coby TFDVD3299 is a small yet modern HDTV and could do well as a secondary TV. The built-in DVD player is useful addition and will reduce the hassle of playing movies. There's not much of extra stuff with this TV, though. Bedroom TV I'd say. For a cheap price.
Nice for video games, not so great on sound
This is a nice little TV that I managed to snag at around 140$. (160$ with warranty.) It's got a really nice, vibrant picture once you adjust the settings to your tastes. Might wish for a little more saturation. But just a tiny little bit. The sound...Well, that's pretty crap. Honestly. I'll probably invest in better speakers somewhere in the future, but it's definitely not a deal breaker. At the price I got it, it was worth it. As another reviewer said, it's a nice little gem.
Beautiful mid-size TV
I bought the Vizio E390VL at my local Costco for $369 on sale. Bought it for my bedroom, and real it's probably too big for a bedroom, but it looks great. I mounted it on the wall in the corner so that it can be directed to anywhere in the room. There is very little glare, and the brightness is great. It has a feature to auto-dim in low light, but I turned it off because it seemed to be a little too dark.
Full HDTV 1080p LCD TV, Perfect size for the bedroom
The VIZIO E390VL review is a good buy for an LCD TV that is only 39 inches but has big screen TV features. Full HDTV 1080p is one of its selling points and the clarity and the picture quality of Vizio is one of the best in the industry.
Great value for money, full 1080p HD screen
The VIZIO E390VL is the ideal choice if you are looking for an affordable for your bedroom or any secondary room where you watch TV.
Movies look and feel like you are watching on a good projector/screen combination
The Mitsubishi WD-92840 is without a doubt, one of the most fascinating home theater products I've experienced. In some respects, it is impractical and unforgiving in the wrong environment. It spits in the eye of the rest of the industry at a time when everyone is fighting to see who can make an HDTV as thin as a sheet of paper. It needs its own room with controlled lighting for optimum set-up.
