Great Home Office All-in-One for OS X Users
Finding a reasonably priced all-in-one with duplexing, wifi, AND good support for OS X is no easy task. I'm very happy I came across this printer.
I've only had this unit for about a month, but so far, it's fantastic. Quieter than the Brother printer it replaced, and unlike that old printer, two-sided print jobs don't come out all curly. The document feeder on the top works well, too. Best of all (for me, at least), OS X users can access all the scan functions from the network.
Quality was as good as it should be
Well, for upwards of $400, you get all the ones you should get. These include: built-in wireless and wired networking (including one-touch wireless setup); automatic duplexing; automatic document feeder (good for 50 sheets); a 250-sheet cassette tray; and a 120-sheet output tray. Samsung also offers a mobile printing app so that you can print directly from an Android or iOS mobile device.
Serious small business all-in-one
Bottom line: though a tad on the pricey side, the OfficeJet 7500A has pretty much every feature you can imagine and can handle anything you can throw at it. It's easy to set up, the touch LCD is a nice feature, and the scan/print options are effective and powerful. It might not be the most cost effective unit for massive amounts of black and white printing, but it can definitely do the job.
A Huge Change for Printing
Overall, this would be a great addition to a small business or home office. I always feel like the ink is expensive, and I wish they would sell it wholesale somewhere (I looked at Costco, nada) or in bulk for less. It takes 4 different ink cartridges, so lots to replace. But I have been using it for almost 2 months now, printing every day, and still don't need replacements.
Overall, a huge change for me, and a great upgrade for anyone looking for a fantastic printer/scanner/fax.
8.5 by 14-inch scans
If you need a device that scans, copies, faxes and prints large spreadsheets, the HP Officejet 7500A is worth considering. Its an average performer in terms of both speed and print quality, but it is one of the few printers top currently support Appleâ??s AirPrint and HPâ??s ePrint services.
A touch-control panel
The appeal of an A3+ all-in-one is the ability to print and copy larger pages. HP only covers the first, offering the print function without copy. It builds in other goodies, though, such as a touch-control panel, wireless networking and ePrint. Running costs and print quality are generally good, so it may still fit the bill.
Ethernet and wifi connectivity
The HP Officejet 7500A is a multi-functional inkjet colour printer. It is designed to take care of a variety of office tasks such as photocopy, fax, and of course, printing. It can be connected to a computer via USB, or used as a network printer (ethernet and wifi connectivity).
Good quality A4 and A3 photo prints
If you don't mind the small input tray and lack of double-sided printing, HP's Officejet 7500A A3 inkjet multifunction printer is an excellent choice for high quality and large format document printing. It's also able to produce good quality A4 and A3 photo prints.
