Gives users the ability to print from the cloud
The Officejet Pro X576dw delivers a generous serving of features exclusive to HP, including a new Pagewide printhead that grants it the speed benefits of a laser printer while maintaining the color print quality of an inkjet, making it worthwhile for offices shopping for a professional imaging solution.
Print speeds, Energy use, Print quality
The HP Officejet Pro X576dw is an impressive device. I mean what else can you say when the printer you're reviewing has been certified by Guinness World Records as the world's fastest desktop printer? But beyond the flashy stats, you'll also find plenty of substance: great print quality in text documents, color prints and even photo prints as well as reliable business-class scan, copy and fax features.
Incredibly fast printing, Easy to use, simple maintenance
HP's Officejet Pro X576dw, at the top of its Pro X printer line-up, is reasonably expensive for a small office to consider. If you're printing a lot, though, and you'd usually buy a workgroup laser printer, the X576dw deserves your attention -- it's incredibly fast, and cheap to run and maintain.
New, fast PageWide technology
HP changed the face of printing when it introduced cloud printing and the ePrintCenter back in 2010, and the company has once again demonstrated its commitment to innovation with its first page-wide array product. With zippy new print mechanics, a streamlined design and the added bonus of mobile printing through on-board apps and mobile features, the X576dw is an ideal companion for small workgroups and businesses that want a taste of the future of printing.
Strong features and good paper handling
The HP makes some proud claims, and it more than satisfies the majority of them. Very cheap to run, and with a string of strong features and good paper handling, it works exceedingly well. Speed is searing too, outpacing many a laser printer. The text quality isn't quite as dark as we'd like it in order to place it on a par with good laser models.
Easy maintenance, Duplex print
The HP Officejet Pro X551dw really is a new concept in office printers and this machine is an excellent first offering. It's very fast, very cheap to run and produces high quality black and colour print on both plain and photo paper. It's reasonably expensive to buy, but not when compared with colour laser printers with anything like the same specifications.
High-speed, excellent quality, competitive running costs
It doesn't quite live up to HP's performance claims, but the X551dw is certainly the fastest inkjet printer we've seen so far. Its speed, quality and competitive running costs make it a good option for businesses that require a versatile, high-volume printer but can't perhaps afford a more expensive colour laser.
Well worth the money
The Zebra ZP 450 is a great thermal printer for the price. We just opened a small business and it helps so much with shipping labels. If you ship packages then this will pay for itself. No more having to tape a paper label on and having it fold and wrinkle you just stick it on and go. Has been very dependable and installed very easily as well.
Very high print speed.
If we hadn't recently looked at theSamsung ML-6510ND, we would have been more impressed with the Xerox Phaser 6510V/ND. As it is, although the Xerox printer is marginally faster, it's more expensive to run and in virtually all other respects there's little to choose between them. Since the Samsung machine is around £420 (35 percent) cheaper, it's hard to find a reason for going the Xerox route.
We have reservations about the Phaser 4620V/DN's non-contracted running costs, and at this price we'd prefer if it came with more than a one-year warranty as standard, but otherwise it's hard to fault. It's as fast, robust and simple as a workgroup printer should be, yet it has the features and an upgrade path to keep pace with the fastest evolving and most demanding business.
