Perfect for multiple machines
I recently used this projector on a training class and was impressed that it transferred over seamlessly from HDMI on my laptop to a VGA output from my iPad in just a couple of steps.
Great price for a projector that is bright enough to display in a classroom with a lot of windows and light.
Picture quality is a little less crisp
I really like this projector. It has a very good HD picture. The picture quality is a little less crisp then my 1080p TV. The projector has a 768p as far as I have read. The sound is good. You can use a computer on this projector, and a free computer cable is included in the box. It comes with a remote with free batteries. There is an a/v hookup and an s-video hookup. There is a mini USB hookup as well. I am only using a BLU ray player with my projector.
Brightness uniformity was exceptional
Epson's new VS220 is a versatile SVGA projector that suits both fixed and portable applications. It is small and light for a 2,700-lumen projector, and its data and video images are excellent for those environments where high resolution is unnecessary. It may not handle 3-D media, but it accommodates just about every other source in a classroom or conference room. At less than $400 street price, the VS220 represents a real value, and we give it our highest rating in that category.
A great value and a good performer
The Espon VS220 performs pretty well even in fairly bright rooms. Being a SVGA resolution, it's going to have some pixelation which won't make it completely ideal for use as a home theater projector,.,. but it will work and satisfy many people for that use. As a business presentation projector I think it will shine. Although it does not come with a carry bag of any sort, that's easy enough to rectify. It's easy to setup, light to carry and will server that purpose well.
Offers lower power usage and lower energy costs and at the same time delivers high quality resolution.
The overview of the Epson VS220 SVGA 3LCD Projector shows some stunning capabilities. It's design makes business presentations a snap. Every audience that has a view of this technology will surely appreciate the life-like images and crystal clear resolution that has made this projector a must have for anyone looking to make good solid impressions.
Sharp image even when projecting higher than native resolutions
The MS517 is pretty well designed and maintenance free, aside from having to change the lamp. Changing the lamp is a little more work on the BenQ MS517 compared to other projectors on the market, but the design, and look of the projector reflects this. I like to think that it is kind of the like the iPhone. Simple, beautiful, but ultimately not easy to tamper with. That could be a positive in a classroom environment where lots of different people are going to be accessing the projector.
Long lamp life
The MS517's strongest features are its low price and how much it delivers for that price, including near-excellent data image quality, usable video quality, portability, and a long lamp life. You can get a more capable projector if you spend more, but it will be hard to find one this capable as this price.
On the minus side, if you need good quality 3D you'll want to look elsewhere, and the issues with audio mean that if you need sound you'll need an external audio system.
Awesome value and quality
I bought this to use in a gallery for an upcoming show and it is way better than the quality that I expected. The video looks great and the lamp is very bright. It definitely can operate in ambient light without any issues. It has a good screen size and a better contrast ratio than the more expensive Epson models that I was looking at. I haven't tried the 3d modes yet, but it is decently quiet and even projects well on my horrible brown walls.
Great value and quality.
Supports usefully bright, high-quality image in the most portable format
As should be obvious, the AAXA P2 Jr. offers a lot to like. Its got excellent data image quality, good video quality, good connectivity, plus the ability to read files directly from USB keys and microSD cards. It also helps a lot that it doesn't show many rainbow artifacts. It fits in a shirt pocket and has ample brightness for the size, particularly when using AC power.
bought this mainly for business presentations and projecting my laptop screen and have to say I am very pleased with the performance of this product. The unit is very light and compact and the brightness is more than enough even in a fairly bright room. When I was researching units I got confused about the difference between native resolution and input resolution. Basically I thought that if the native resolution was 800x600 then I would have to change my laptop resolution to match it.
Cheap, powerful, and built to last
Overall a top-notch projecter offering HD graphics on a HUGE scale to the average joe on a budget. It seems not only built for perfomance but for longevity also. Maybes it is time you traded your tv in.
