Even though Blackberry's were the best bet for Business use till about early 2015, the App ecosystem for both Android and Apple devices has moved so far ahead that I am not able to recommend Blackberry as the best business phones for 2017.

The best business cell phones also offer support for the commonly used business apps such Microsoft Outlook and Powerpoint. Also, look for some good security and device management features as you don't want your business correspondence accessible in the case of a cellphone theft or loss.
