We looked at the top monitors released by Dell over the last year and filtered the ones highly rated by the top monitor reviewers from around the web to bring you this list selection of the best 19-inch Dell monitors . Additionally, this list of the best is filtered by the ones which have 19 to 21-inch displays.
The monitors below are either LED or LCD monitors using TFT screens with pretty quick response times of 5 ms or less. However some of these might not be 1080p, but they are still full HD with 720p at least.
