Great System for the Price, Very Good Sound!
Recently got a Sharp 3D LED Smart TV and could no longer stand limiting myself to DVD. I went into my research with quite a few requirements the most important being the speakers needed to be hung using my existing threaded speaker mounts. This is the only sub $300 systems i could find that can be hung using threaded speaker mounts. Unfortunately in Sony's quest to make set up as easy as possible the speaker wires are hard wired to the speakers.
I purchased the Panasonic SC-BTT750 5.1 Home Entertainment system and so far I have not been dissapointed. It comes with blue-ray, it's wireless, and the sound is adequate. The Netflix, and Pandora options that come with the online entertainment make this system very attractive in terms of having everything you need in an entertainment system.
I gave the system a 4 only because the speakers are good, but I don't consider them great.
Effective surround sensation when speakers are positioned properly
The Panasonic SC-BTT750 is a high mid-priced full HD 3D Blu-Ray home theater system. In promotion, Panasonic emphasizes the fact that this home theater system has 2D image technology applied to its 3D technology, so that the images are especially high quality, approaching the quality of original film.
Simple to install right out of the box
The Panasonic SC-BT330 is a high-end all-in-one home theatre system with 5.1 channel surround sound. Like its younger brother, the Panasonic SC-BT230, the SC-BT330 features a Blu-Ray ROM drive with DVD/DVD-R/DVD-RW compatibility, an integrated universal iPod/iPhone dock and Audio Return Channel compatibility.
Feature list is terrific
Although the Panasonic SC-BT330 is by no means the perfect one-box system, there are certainly more pros than cons. Its feature list is terrific, the highlights of which are media streaming, Viera Cast and a built-in iPod dock â?? plus the HDMI audio return channel will be a welcome addition for those with compatible TVs.
Very few home-cinema kits manage to match picture and sound quality, with the latter usually the one to fall short. The Panasonic SC-BT330 is no different. Its audio can't quite match its impressive Blu-ray pictures, and, as you turn up the volume, it sounds increasingly raspy.
This replaced a Samsung BD1250 as I was unhappy with the sound quality - especially from the center channel. I love this new system. Sounds great and setup was really easy with the autocallibration microphone. It has a PS3 style menu which is a snap to navigate. The video quality is outstanding whether its playing a Blu ray disk/DVD/or streaming video. I was a little nervous about the wireless rear surround, but it works great. I don't get any interference with my wireless router.
Features a wide array of online services that are actively being expanded upon
The Panasonic SC-BT230 is a high-end all-in-one home theatre system with 5.1 channel surround sound. It comes equipped with Panasonic's bamboo cone speakers which allow for a more responsive sound, a Blu-Ray/DVD/DVD-R/DVD-RW player and a universal iPod/iPhone dock for playback through the SC-BT230's 5.1 channel speaker setup.
Sizzling picture quality
Although we're impressed by the SC-BT230's range of features, sizzling picture quality and ease of use, it's sound quality is sorely disappointing. Normally we'd cut this system some slack based on its bargain price, but Sony's BDV-E370 manages to deliver better audio quality for a similar amount of money, as well as throwing a wider range of online content, 3D compatibility, auto calibration and faster disc loading into the bargain.
Easy to use
If you're looking for a convenient Blu-ray system with lots of features and cracking pictures, and you're not overly fussed about getting the best sound quality, then the SC-BT230 is worth a look. But considering what's in the box, £450 seems remarkably expensive particularly when you consider the lack of built-in Wi-Fi and HDMI inputs.
Surprisingly good sound from such a small package
For a small investment, this little HTiB system offers an excellent upgrade to a TV's built-in speakers, transforming your movie and TV viewing into a more cinematic experience. The system also feeds your HDTV with some fine 1080p HD material on Blu-ray Disc as well as a number of high quality web-based streaming options. Pandora internet music streaming is not available yet but should be coming this summer in a firmware upgrade.

Passively powered subwoofer
The Samsung HT- C6730W is one of three multi-channel home-theater systems announced at CES 2010 by Samsung. All three models feature a retro, no-grill speaker design; Samsung's recently designed Crystal Amplifier Pro technology for more accurate audio; and DLNA compliance for sharing content over a network.
Extraordinary feature list and stylish looks
If you want 7.1-channel home cinema on a budget but have no interest in 3D, then the HT-C6730W is well worth a punt. Although you can hear the budget limitations of its sound quality, it still delivers a competent performance that does justice to Blu-ray's HD audio formats, and when you marry that to the extraordinary feature list and stylish looks you have a genuine bargain on your hands.
